Ce n'est pas parce que les choses sont difficiles que nous n'osons pas. C'est parce que nous n'osons pas qu'elles sont difficiles.

OKP: Has it ever been frustrating for you to have a sibling in the same industry or have you been able to help each other out in different ways?
DT: Yes, we help each other out in different ways. We've worked on different projects together. We worked on Radiohead's "Morning Bell." That was one of the singles from that project, The Randy Watson Experience with my brother (?uestlove), James Poyser and we worked on Common's Electric Circus together too so yeah, we're very close. We didn't have sibling rivalry creatively. I mean, when you grow up in a home where individual expression is really applauded and creative expression is really applauded, which was my household, you realize there's room for everybody. There was room for your individual experience as an artist and for you to try to discover what that was and bring that to the table. And I'm proud of my brother (laughter). Put that in, that I'm proud of my brother!

Work and love.
-- Sigmund Freud
I got this quote from the "Work as Flow" chapter of the Flow book, where the author revealed Sigmund Freud's short but sensible answer when asked for his recipe for happiness.
I think it serves as a good model to use while I am in the process of finding meaning in my life.

Ne pas se moquer, ni déplorer, ni détester, mais comprendre.

I got this quote from one of Dominique's profile pictures on Facebook, and after further digging in cyberspace, I found the following article which expanded on it:
Qu'est-ce que ça veut dire?

Our differences are to be celebrated. Just look at Apple Computer's Think Different campaign. It is through our differences that we as a society grow. At the same time, it is our similarities to one another that allow us to continue to exist as a society.

A much better letter.
I do not know what happened to the conclusion though.
Try to take a break and reread your words carefully, as I found a few simple grammatical errors.
The use of quotes is admirable, I think. Whether it gets you the job or not, I think it is a good reflection of the uniqueness of you.
At the end of the day, the most important thing is to be yourself. If you can do that clearly and wholly, you give yourself a chance to be evaluated under the right conditions.
