When you have an album as acclaimed as OutKast's 1998 opus, Aquemini, the temptation is there to capitalize on it by sticking with the same formula the next time around. But if Big Boi and Dre did that, they wouldn't be OutKast, and they'd lose their reps as two of hip-hop's most adventurous musicmakers.
